RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
To start a return, simply reach out to our customer support team and we'll send you a return label via USPS. Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date and items must be unworn and in their original condition.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Only use the return label we provide, returns made with outside labels will not be covered by us
- Return labels are valid for shipments to verified street addresses only
- Refunds will not be processed for returns sent to addresses not provided by our team
Once we receive your return, please allow 4–10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method. If you haven't heard from us after 10 business days, don't hesitate to reach out — we've got you.

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. Because our inventory moves fast and stock levels change frequently, the best way to get what you need is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.
It's quick, it's simple, and it makes sure you get exactly what you're looking for.

In the rare event that an item you ordered is oversold, we will automatically refund you for that item and ship the rest of your order right away. You won't have to do a thing. We'll take care of it and keep you updated every step of the way.

REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you're not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your original order date and we will make it right.
Once our team receives and processes your return, a refund will be credited back to your original payment method, We stand behind every product we ship.

Shipping
We process and ship orders within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes an additional 3–4 days depending on your location and your local postal service.
In short, most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks from the time you place your order.
During high-volume periods like new drops or holidays, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated with tracking information once your order ships.

Yes! Once your order is placed you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and order number. As soon as your package ships, we'll send you a second email with your tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.
If you don't see these emails, check your spam or junk folder first , they sometimes end up there.

ORDER CHANGES/ORDER ISSUES
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at rebirth@rebirthclothing.co. We'll do everything we can to make the change before your order ships, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to catch it in time.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Please note that Rebirth Clothing is not responsible for orders lost, stolen, or delivered incorrectly due to an address entered at checkout. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details before placing your order to make sure everything is accurate.

Once an order is confirmed, changes can be difficult to make, but if you reach out to us immediately at rebirth@rebirthclothing.co we will do everything we can to accommodate your request before it ships.
Please keep in mind that we can't guarantee modifications. Our ability to make changes depends on our current stock levels and where your order is in the fulfillment process. If your desired size or color isn't available, we unfortunately won't be able to make the swap.
Once an order has shipped, no modifications can be made.
When in doubt, reach out fast. The sooner we hear from you the better chance we have of making it right.

Once we receive your message we'll get back to you promptly and take care of everything from there. Thank you for your patience.
Every Rebirth product goes through quality control before it reaches you, but puff print items can sometimes arrive with a slight odor due to the printing process. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
The fix is simple, hang the item outside or in a well-ventilated area overnight and the odor will clear up on its own.
We are constantly working to restock our most loved pieces. The best way to stay in the loop is to join our email and SMS list, you'll be the first to know when something drops or comes back in stock before anyone else.
We also post restock updates regularly on our Instagram, make sure you've turned on post notifications so you never miss a drop.
